I was/We were provided notification under Protection of Personal Data Law no. 6698, and I/we agree to and declare my/our irrevocable and unconditional consent for your Bank, acting as Data Controller, recording, storing, updating, disclosing / transferring to 3rd parties where regulations allow, classify, and process in the forms stipulated in the Protection of Personal Data Law, my/our personal data within the framework described below.

I/we agree to and declare consent for the processing of my/our personal data by your Bank, for use in all products and services it offers under the Banking Law and other regulations, including but not limited to the ones offered as an agency; saving of ID, address and other required details to establish our details; issuing any records and documents to serve as the basis of the transaction on electronic (SWIFT, Internet / mobile banking etc.) or paper-based media; complying with data storage, reporting, and notification obligations stipulated in the regulations or by BRSA, Central Bank of Turkey, or other authorities; being able to offer the requested / other products / services of your bank; and performing the requirements of the agreement I / we have executed.

I/we agree to and declare my/our irrevocable and unconditional consent for the transfer of my/our personal data to administrative or official authorities to which the transfer of data is a legal requirement, to Credit Registration Bureau, Interbank Card Center, The Banks Association of Turkey - Risk Center, direct and indirect shareholders of the Bank and its domestic and overseas subsidiaries, firms for which it serves as an intermediary / agent, domestic - overseas third parties providing services or support services to your Bank where regulations allow, independent audit firms, entities to which information transfers are allowed under the Banking Law, Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, Capital Markets Authority, Central Bank of Turkey, and similar legal persons, in line with legal requirements and within the framework of legal restrictions.

I/we agree to and declare my/our irrevocable and unconditional consent for the collection of our personal data by your Headquarters or Branches, through contracted dealers and firms with which you work on the basis of intermediation / agency relationships, applications filed over web sites, ATMs, your web sites, your call centers, social media, customer calls, scanning of judicial records, market intelligence, ID Disclosure System, Address Disclosure System, SMS channels, digital applications filed on web sites, all your mobile applications, written / digital applications submitted to direct sales teams, direct banking, Contracted Merchant POS channels, contracted stores, online sales sites, Social Security Agency records, firms providing call center services, PTT, Interbank Card Center etc. methods, and via channels your bank currently contacts or may in the future contact customers through, and storage of the data during the statutory time frames under applicable regulations.

I/we agree and declare that, with reference to the processing of my/our personal data by your Bank, I/we can, by filing an application with your Bank under article 11 of Protection of Personal Data Law;
 a) Learn if my/our personal data had been processed or not,
 b) Demand relevant information in case my/our personal data had been processed,
 c) Learn the purpose of processing of my/our personal data, and if they were used accordingly,
 ç) Learn about the domestic - overseas third parties to which my/our personal data were transferred,
 d) Request correction in case of inaccurate processing of my/our personal data,
 e) Demand the deletion or destruction of my/our personal data under the terms stipulated in article 7 of Protection of Personal Data Law,
 f) Demand the notification of the third parties to which my/our personal data were transferred, about the processes performed under sub-paragraphs (d) and (e),
 g) File an objection against negative consequences which may arise to the detriment of me/us through the analysis of my/our personal data exclusively by automated systems, etme,
 h) Demand restitution for any damages should you incur damages due to illegal processing of my/our personal data.
