Altan Tatlışen graduated from the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Hacettepe University in 1981. In the same year, he began his professional career at the Ministry of Finance as an Assistant Sworn Bank Auditor and served as a Sworn Bank Auditor at the Undersecretariat of Treasury until 1988.
Between 1988 and 1990, he served as a Board Member and Assistant General Manager at Denizcilik Bankası. From 1990 to 1999, he held various senior positions at Eskişehir Bankası, including Advisor to the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager and Board Member. He continued his career as Board Member and General Manager at Çalık Yatırım Bankası between 1999 and 2000, and as Board Member and General Manager at Ziraat Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. between 2003 and 2004.
As of 2025, he assumed advisory and board-level responsibilities at Aytemiz Yatırım Bankası. As of March 2026, he was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Turkland Bank A.Ş.
Hasan Can Taçyıldız received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University in 2022 and completed his master’s degree in Political Economy at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2024.
He held various roles at Ant Filo A.Ş. in 2023 and at Biofarma İlaç A.Ş. in 2025. As of March 2026, he was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Turkland Bank A.Ş.
Mustafa Selçuk Tamer is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University. He began his banking career in 1976.
Prior to his current role as Board Member of Turkland Bank A.Ş., he served for 18 years at Yapı Kredi Bankası as Assistant General Manager and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Murat Uysal began his banking career at Tekstilbank A.Ş. in 1998, where he worked in treasury and financial markets units, with responsibilities in foreign exchange and money market transactions, securities portfolio management and liquidity management.
In 2007, he joined Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş., where he served as Head of the Money and Capital Markets Department and, in 2011, was appointed as Assistant General Manager responsible for Treasury Management.
In 2016, he was appointed as Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye. Between 2019 and 2020, he served as Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye. From 2021 to 2023, he served as Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Türkiye.
Prior to joining Turkland Bank A.Ş., he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dünya Katılım Bankası between 2024 and 2026.
He completed his secondary education at Galatasaray High School and received his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Economics in English at the Faculty of Economics of Istanbul University. He later completed his master’s degree in Banking at the Institute of Banking and Insurance of Marmara University.
Murat Uysal, who served as the CEO of Turkland Bank A.Ş. from 8 May 2026 - 8 July 2026, was appointed as a Board Member of Turkland Bank A.Ş. effective 9 July 2026.
Coşkun Çabuk graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Istanbul University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in English in 1997. He began his banking career as an Auditor at the Pamukbank Internal Audit. In 2004, he joined Halkbank, where he held a number of senior management positions both at the Head Office and across the branch network. During his tenure at Halkbank, he served successively as Auditor at the Internal Audit, Marketing Manager at the Corporate Banking Centre, Credit Allocation Manager within the Istanbul Regional Coordination Office, Branch Manager of the Beşiktaş and Kapalıçarşı branches, Head of the Retail Products Marketing Department, and Regional Coordinator for Istanbul Region 2.
Between 2017 and 2024, Mr. Çabuk served as General Manager of Halk Financial Leasing Inc. During the period 2021–2024, he also held the positions of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Financial Institutions Association and Chairman of the Leasing Sector Board, representing the Turkish leasing industry. Since 2022, he has additionally served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Leas Europe, representing the sector at the international level. Between 2025 and March 2026, Mr. Çabuk served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the Board at a private investment bank. In March 2026, he was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Turkland Bank A.Ş., and since July 2026, he has been serving as Acting General Manager.
